Guia de preparo
- Cafeteira elétrica de filtro: use moagem média. 1 a 2 colheres de sopa para cada 6 oz de água. Prepare a 195 a 205°F.
- Prensa francesa: use moagem grossa. Deixe em infusão por 4 minutos e pressione devagar.
- Espresso: use moagem para espresso. 18 a 20 g de café, 36 a 40 g na xícara, extração de 25 a 30 s.
- Coado (pour over): use moagem média ou grossa. Pré infusão de 30 s, preparo total de 3 a 4 min.
- Cold brew: use moagem grossa. Proporção 1:4, infusão de 12 a 24 h em água fria.

Absolutely delicious and one of the best parts of my day :) That said, good taste is not enough for me- It's also sourced ethically (have to support a company who treats ALL their people well) + is crafted with the highest purity standards (low quality coffee harbors mold and toxins, I just don't need that in my life.) If you're looking for incredible, affordable coffee that checks every other box as well, this is absolutely for you.
