Functional Mushroom

Two origins, one grounded cup. Brazilian beans from Cerrado bring rich chocolate and full body. Colombian beans from Huila and Cauca — fully washed at 1,200–1,800 MASL — contribute clean brightness and balanced structure. Together they form a medium roast built for everyday depth.

Brazil is processed pulped natural at 900–1,400 MASL, using Catuaí, Catucaí, and Mundo Novo varietals known for chocolate body and consistency. Colombia brings Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo through cooperative farms in Huila and Cauca, emphasizing sustainable growing practices at altitude. Both origins were selected to hold character alongside the mushroom extracts.

Lion's Mane and Chaga mushroom extracts are blended into the grind. Chaga adds subtle earthiness beneath the chocolate. Lion's Mane stays quiet, allowing cocoa and almond to lead. The finish is round and full-bodied, without edge.
