Tinto exists to make the everyday cup worth having.
In Colombia, tinto is not a luxury or a performance. It is how you greet a neighbor. It is the ten minutes you take before the day starts asking things of you — poured from a thermos at a bus stop, handed across a kitchen table without ceremony, drunk black and without apology.
We are bringing that here.
Not specialty coffee for the initiated. Not a ritual that requires equipment or expertise. Just coffee good enough to drink black, sourced with intention, roasted in small batches, and priced to be a daily habit rather than an occasional treat.
One roast done well beats twelve done adequately. That is the whole strategy — and it always will be.
