Brew Guide

• Drip / Auto-Brew: Use Standard grind. 1–2 tbsp per 6 oz of water. Brew at 195–205°F.
• French Press: Use Coarse grind. Steep 4 minutes, press slowly.
• Espresso: Use Espresso grind. 18–20g in, 36–40g out, 25–30 sec pull.
• Pour Over: Use Standard or Coarse grind. Bloom 30 sec, total brew 3–4 min.
• Cold Brew: Use Coarse grind. 1:4 ratio, steep 12–24 hrs in cold water.
