Brew Guide
- Drip / Auto-Brew: Use Standard grind. 1–2 tbsp per 6 oz of water. Brew at 195–205°F.
- French Press: Use Coarse grind. Steep 4 minutes, press slowly.
- Espresso: Use Espresso grind. 18–20g in, 36–40g out, 25–30 sec pull.
- Pour Over: Use Standard or Coarse grind. Bloom 30 sec, total brew 3–4 min.
- Cold Brew: Use Coarse grind. 1:4 ratio, steep 12–24 hrs in cold water.

Absolutely delicious and one of the best parts of my day :) That said, good taste is not enough for me- It's also sourced ethically (have to support a company who treats ALL their people well) + is crafted with the highest purity standards (low quality coffee harbors mold and toxins, I just don't need that in my life.) If you're looking for incredible, affordable coffee that checks every other box as well, this is absolutely for you.
